About Eco Innovations and EcoGuard Plus
Eco Innovations, Ltd was founded and is currently owned and operated by Tyson and Andrea Cain and is based in Mt Gretna, Pennsylvania. With a biochemistry education, years of turfgrass and landscape experience and a natural longing for the outdoors Tyson developed EcoGuard Plus from the ground up. He made sure the final product was effective for a broad range of insects while also bridging the gap between a very effective product and a 100% safe, all natural product. Andrea’s entrepreneurial spirit and business incite exposed different sales avenues and created branding opportunities.
After product development was complete and several sales channels were started, Tyson and Andrea focused on customer service. They knew they had a great product but it was now time to not only get it into the end users hands but also make sure they are completely satisfied with the results. That starts with training and the use of a very detailed label on the packaging. On the packaging, there needed to be a clear channel to the company website for further product information. The Label also needed to include direct contact information to Eco Innovations, Ltd. If there was a question or a comment they needed to be addressed as soon as the issue was brought forth, by the phone call. This was and will continue to be the basis for what customer service at Eco Innovations builds its foundation.
Moving forward, The Cain family, and Eco Innovations, Ltd look forward to producing a very effective and safe product that can solve problems for families and make their lives more enjoyable. They will continue to provide the best customer service and product support available, knowing that each property and pest pressure is different.

“Being parents, pet owners and having a love for the outdoors, we know the importance of getting out of the house and enjoying nature. Living in the woods and near water is the life we love, however, we had been seeing an increased amount of ticks in the woods surrounding our house and many more annoying and potentially dangerous mosquitoes. In both the spring and the fall we were overrun with ticks and during the summer we were eaten alive by mosquitoes. Personal ‘body sprays’ and candles were just not cutting it and we knew we had to come up with another solution to combat these threats. We made several applications of synthetic insecticides with varying degrees of success. Not satisfied with the effectiveness or the safety of these applications, we put our biology and landscape background to use and developed EcoGuard Plus.
After giving many samples out to friends, family, and landscape professionals and applying EcoGuard in our own back yard we knew we had a winner. We can now enjoy our own backyard without the constant worry of tick and mosquito pressure. Best of all, we know our kids, pets and guests will be safe directly after applying the product.
